I am very interested in learning more about Microsoft SharePoint 2007.
Briefly, what are just a few of its features and benefits?

I used SharePoint at my last company and found it to be a great tool, assuming everyone, who was supposed to, used it. It's easy to set up and manage, and a great way to store documents that need to be revision managed or just controlled.
I'm sure you'll have no problems figuring it out.

We are looking to install WSS and possbily MOSS 2007 on our intranet. Our engineers use SolidWorks and are looking for a document management solution. Have you had any experience using the two applications together? If so, I would be interested in your feedback.
Thank you,
Pam

The only package I have found that supports SharePoint with SolidWorks is Brava! from Informative Graphics. I know nothing about the capabilities or features of this software at this point so explore at your own risk. :-)
Please e-mail me using the link at the top left hand corner of the page when you get a chance and we can discuss it more.
